Facility
We proudly offer our patients with a state-of-the-art facility that contains advanced and modern chiropractic equipment to ensure the highest of quality care. We truly value the wellbeing of all of our patients. We make sure that you feel completely comfortable and are properly cared for at our practice.
Appointments
If you’d like to pick a time to make an appointment, simply contact the office by phone or by email. You may also schedule your appointment online by visiting our ‘Appointment Request’ page. A member of our staff will contact you shortly.
Financial
Our practice accepts major credit cards, cash, and checks. We are glad to submit insurance forms for you, and we accept most major insurance providers. Call our office to confirm with us that we accept your specific insurance plan. Upon request, payment plans and schedules can be considered.
Cancellation
If you cannot make your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This advanced notice is important for us so that we can offer the time slot to another patient who is seeking care. If you do not provide advanced notice of cancellation, we may charge you a fee.
